Job Summary

Cookies & Muffins seeks a passionate and reliable Baking Assistant to support daily bakery operations. The successful candidate will assist with ingredient preparation, mixing, baking processes, and packaging while maintaining high hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baking ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency.
• Assist in baking and decorating baked goods as directed.
• Package finished products neatly and professionally for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines carefully.
• Assist with stock organization and monitoring of baking supplies.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Passion for baking and food preparation.
• Ability to prepare ingredients, measure, mix, and package baked goods effectively.
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
