Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Baking Assistant to support daily bakery operations. In this role, you will assist in baking preparation, maintain ingredient inventory, and ensure a clean and well-organized production environment that supports consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels
• Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and baking materials
• Support bakers in the production of cupcakes, pastries, and other baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and work areas
• Label, store, and organize ingredients and finished products properly
• Monitor ingredient usage and report shortages or restocking needs
• Follow food safety and quality control procedures at all times
• Assist with packaging and presentation of finished products

Qualification Required & Experience

• Basic experience in baking or food preparation is an advantage
• No formal qualification required, but interest in baking and pastry work is essential
