Role Overview

BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Banking Applications Officer to support, manage, and enhance the organization’s core banking system (T24). The successful candidate will lead application support, technical integrations, and system optimization to ensure seamless banking operations and digital service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the T24 core banking system across all functional and technical modules.
• Lead and participate in system enhancement projects and core banking upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of system solutions.
• Manage technical integrations between T24 and external applications and platforms.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted banking operations.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system configurations align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical documentation, reports, and system support updates.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for system changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience working with T24 core banking systems across technical and functional areas.
• Experience as a T24 Core Banking Technical Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and banking application architecture.
• Experience in leading technical projects and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
