Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Bar Back & Store Keeper to support bar and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will actively maintain stock levels, organize supplies, and ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by preparing and replenishing the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Clean and organize the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of beverages, ingredients, and other bar and restaurant supplies.
• Assist with stock rotation and monitor expiry dates.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet operational needs.
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or damages promptly to management.

Requirements

• Educational requirement: SHS, HND, or equivalent.
• Very fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational, time, and resource management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management or POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in bar support or store management is an advantage.
