Job Summary

Bae-Organics is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to prepare fresh juices and smoothies at our juice bar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthy beverages, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy beverages according to company standards
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled hygienically
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations where necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar, equipment, and work area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Deliver a friendly and engaging customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience as a bartender, juice maker, or in food/beverage service is an advantage
• Knowledge of fruit handling and basic food safety practices
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, neat, and attentive to detail
