Job Summary

Bae-Organics is seeking a skilled Caterer/Cook/Chef to prepare a variety of high-quality meals for sale in our food mart. The ideal candidate will be experienced in food preparation, processing, and packaging, with a strong focus on hygiene, consistency, and taste.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare assorted meals and ready-to-eat food items in line with company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Handle food processing tasks including cleaning, cutting, and ingredient preparation
• Package food products appropriately for retail sale, ensuring quality and freshness
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Caterer
• Knowledge of local and continental dishes is an advantage
• Understanding of food processing, packaging, and preservation techniques
• Strong attention to hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a passion for quality food
