We are seeking responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused Bikers / Delivery Riders to join our team. The successful candidates will ensure timely and safe delivery of orders while representing the brand with professionalism and care.

Position Summary

As a Delivery Rider, you will ensure prompt and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring that every delivery is completed efficiently and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to customers promptly and safely.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly packaged before delivery.
• Maintain safe riding practices and comply with all traffic regulations.
• Handle delivery items with care to ensure product quality and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service during all delivery interactions.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, kitchen staff, and customers when necessary.
• Ensure timely collection and return of delivery items and equipment.
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good condition and report any issues promptly.
• Follow delivery routes efficiently to ensure on-time performance.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all times.

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of basic education is preferred.
• Applicants must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accurate and complete deliveries.
• Must be a good team player with a positive work attitude.

Qualification & Experience

• Previous experience in delivery services or riding is an advantage.
• Valid riding license and good knowledge of road safety practices will be required.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
