Role Overview

The Boba Maker / Boba Barista will prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and consistent product quality. The successful candidate will engage customers warmly, follow standard recipes accurately, and contribute to a positive and energetic café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
• Operate beverage equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend menu items, flavors, toppings, and promotions to customers.
• Adapt quickly to new menu items, seasonal drinks, and promotional offerings.
• Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients, toppings, and supplies.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace health standards at all times.
• Assist with daily opening, closing, and routine café operations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in drink preparation and order fulfillment.
• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within food service, café, or beverage preparation.
• Strong knowledge of different boba flavors, toppings, and drink combinations.
• Previous experience in café or food service environments is required.
• Ability to learn and follow recipes and drink preparation methods accurately.
• Good customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new menu items and promotions.
