Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales and performance targets.
- Manage and grow customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the branch’s market presence.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper inventory, resource, and administrative management within the branch.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in branch management, operations, sales, or a related role.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong financial, operational, and customer service management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
