Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Supervisor to lead daily branch operations in Kumasi. You will actively ensure smooth service delivery, supervise staff performance, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Lead, support, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets
• Oversee customer service standards and resolve client concerns promptly
• Drive sales performance and support business growth initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum HND or Degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in retail, sales, or healthcare environment
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
