Job Summary

Femon Travel & Tours Ltd is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong corporate partnerships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with all teams to implement effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong corporate partnerships
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth and company expansion
• Drive revenue generation and contribute to achieving organizational targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business development plans effectively
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions
• Monitor and report on business development performance and outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in business development
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
• Proven experience in a similar role (mandatory)
