As a ‘Business Growth Executive’, you will help local businesses and entrepreneurs grow by introducing them to Jiji’s advertising solutions and helping them reach more customers through our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage business owners, SMEs, retailers, and entrepreneurs within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present Jiji’s advertising solutions and explain how they can help businesses increase visibility and sales.
• Convert prospects into paying customers through effective sales techniques.
• Assist clients in creating and managing adverts on the Jiji platform.
• Promote premium advertising products, boost packages, and other paid services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to drive renewals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information on company systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Comfortable working in the field and interacting with business owners daily.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills.

• Must own a smartphone.
• Must reside in Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi or nearby areas.
