We are seeking a talented and creative Cameraman / Multimedia Content Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a passionate visual storyteller who can capture compelling footage, create engaging multimedia content, and bring stories to life across television, digital platforms, and social media.

Position Overview

As a Cameraman / Multimedia Content Producer, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that supports our storytelling and audience engagement objectives. You will work on a variety of projects, including field documentaries, interviews, agricultural features, promotional content, and social media productions.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with creativity and be willing to travel extensively across Ghana to capture impactful stories from farms, agribusinesses, and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Capture high-quality video footage for television broadcasts, documentaries, interviews, and digital content.
• Plan and execute video shoots in studio and field environments.
• Operate professional camera equipment and accessories effectively.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio quality, and visual composition during productions.
• Collaborate with producers and content teams to achieve creative objectives.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit professional-quality videos for television, websites, YouTube, and social media platforms.
• Enhance footage through color correction, sound editing, transitions, and visual effects.
• Produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience engagement goals.
• Manage video assets and maintain organized production archives.

Drone Operations

• Operate drones safely and professionally to capture aerial footage.
• Plan aerial shoots that enhance storytelling and visual impact.
• Ensure compliance with applicable aviation and drone operation regulations.
• Maintain drone equipment and ensure operational readiness.

Graphics & Animation

• Design engaging graphics, motion graphics, and visual elements for video productions.
• Create animations that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Develop content suitable for television, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling multimedia content.

Field Assignments

• Travel across Ghana to cover agricultural events, farmer success stories, industry developments, and field projects.
• Adapt to diverse working environments, including rural and remote locations.
• Build positive relationships with interviewees, stakeholders, and community members.
• Ensure timely delivery of content from field assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma, HND, Degree, or professional training in Film Production, Multimedia, Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in videography, video production, multimedia content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience operating professional cameras and editing software.
• Experience with drone operations and aerial videography is highly desirable.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling abilities is required.
