Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Nsawam Branch. In this role, you will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Record daily transactions and maintain proper financial documentation
• Prepare and post journal entries in line with accounting standards
• Reconcile cash and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Support basic accounting functions and reporting
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and handling financial queries
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to prepare accurate journal entries
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
