Job Summary

Orlandos Pizza is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage sales transactions and provide excellent front-line service. The successful candidate will process payments accurately, support smooth daily operations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle cash, mobile money, and other payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Balance cash register at the start and end of each shift.
• Support order coordination between customers and kitchen staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Promote a positive and welcoming service environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
