Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our full-time operations team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial plant machinery, with a strong focus on injection molding systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service mechanical and electrical systems within the production plant
- Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs on injection molding machines
- Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Ensure optimal operation of machinery to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Enforce safety standards and compliance with operational procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues quickly
- Recommend process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial plant environment
- Proven experience working with injection molding machines (strong advantage)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of industrial systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and within a technical team
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
