Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Quality & Vehicle Inspection Officer to join our full-time team at our Head Office in Tema. You will inspect vehicles, assess mechanical condition, support quality control processes, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

You will work in a structured technical environment that promotes accuracy, safety, and professional accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and mechanical assessments
• Evaluate vehicle condition in line with internal quality control standards
• Perform checks related to mechanical fitting, diagnostics, and system performance
• Support procurement and logistics processes where technical evaluation is required
• Document inspection findings and prepare clear technical reports
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety, performance, and operational standards
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain strict adherence to company procedures and industry best practices
• Promote continuous improvement in inspection and quality control processes

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical engineering background is an added advantage
• Previous experience in vehicle inspection, quality control, or mechanical fitting within the automotive industry in Ghana
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical diagnostics
• Ability to work accurately, independently, and under structured supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good communication and reporting skills
