Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. You will coordinate office activities, manage documentation, and provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation efficiently
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required
- Receive visitors and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized office records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Support daily office operations and coordinate administrative activities
- Assist with procurement and office supply management when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Secretaryship & Management Studies or a Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial & Management Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Secretary
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
