Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. You will coordinate office activities, manage documentation, and provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation efficiently
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required
  • Receive visitors and handle inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized office records and ensure confidentiality of information
  • Support daily office operations and coordinate administrative activities
  • Assist with procurement and office supply management when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Secretaryship & Management Studies or a Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial & Management Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Secretary
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
