Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception environment
- Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate management calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, reports, records, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records for easy retrieval
- Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate office activities and facilitate internal communication
- Monitor office supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Welcome visitors and clients while delivering excellent customer service
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and official documents as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders when necessary
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, HND, or Diploma in Administration, Secretaryship, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a secretarial, front desk, or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
