Position Summary

The company seeks a proactive and highly organized Female Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient coordination of office functions while maintaining professionalism in communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration and operational activities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company schedules efficiently
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and company documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
  • Support communication and coordination across departments and projects
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office functionality
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required
  • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all administrative duties

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional work ethic
