Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and operational activities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company schedules efficiently
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and company documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Support communication and coordination across departments and projects
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office functionality
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required
- Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all administrative duties
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional work ethic
