Job Summary

The Warehouse Officer will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations and supporting the effective management of automotive spare parts and engineering components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials accurately.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory control processes.
  • Prepare and dispatch materials and spare parts according to operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of automotive spare parts and engineering components.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Educational Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in logistics or warehouse management is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or stores management.
  • Experience handling automotive spare parts or engineering components is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
