Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Centre Locum Midwife to support the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. You will provide professional midwifery care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to a patient-centered healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality midwifery and SRH services in line with professional and organizational standards
• Provide counseling and education to clients on reproductive and maternal health issues
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation
• Support infection prevention and control measures within the facility
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care at all times
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Participate in routine reporting and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Midwifery from an accredited institution
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in SRH service delivery
• Computer literate with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work professionally under pressure and within a team environment
