Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead food preparation and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain impeccable hygiene, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s standards of quality and presentation.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory efficiently.
• Adapt to early morning and late shift schedules as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Must reside within or near Dzorwulu.
• Strong organizational skills and fast-paced working ability.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work early mornings or late shifts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
