Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented City Heads to lead and manage sales operations within assigned cities. The successful candidates will drive sales growth, strengthen distributor performance, and ensure effective execution of sales and distribution strategies in line with company objectives.

You will play a key leadership role in managing field sales teams, optimizing distribution networks, and ensuring strong market execution across all SKUs.


Core Deliverables

  • Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve targeted sales volumes for all SKUs in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Lead, train, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance, adherence to sales standards, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors by monitoring sales performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, correct product display, and compliance with pricing guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and develop proactive strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Engage distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen market penetration and improve brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, campaigns, and consumer engagement activities.
  • Track distributor turnover, stock movement, and overall performance against set targets.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps in sales and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and field activations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results.
