Role Overview

Hydronomics Limited seeks a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong specialization in road construction to lead the planning, design, and execution of major road infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise road construction and rehabilitation projects
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to inform project planning
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government agencies, and key stakeholders
• Prepare detailed technical reports, designs, and project documentation
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure all project specifications are achieved

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 20 years’ practical experience, with a strong focus on road construction projects
• Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale road infrastructure projects
• Membership with a recognized professional engineering body is an added advantage
