Role Overview

Hydronomics Limited seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support the successful planning and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project costs, ensure financial efficiency, and provide strategic input throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Conduct feasibility studies and detailed cost analysis for projects
  • Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure financial control
  • Evaluate contractor quotations and lead contract negotiations
  • Prepare interim valuations, progress reports, and final accounts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements
  • Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and cost optimization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction cost management and contract administration
  • Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying and project management software

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
