Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Care Lead to oversee client interactions, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance overall service delivery. The successful candidate will lead client engagement efforts, manage communication channels, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients while contributing to a friendly and welcoming workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all client care activities to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Oversee and manage social media communication and engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reports

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Proven practical experience in client service or customer relationship management
  • Strong proficiency in social media communication and digital engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Must reside within reasonable proximity to the La office (Opposite La General Hospital)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
