Position Summary
We seek a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to create a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. The successful candidate will manage front-desk operations, support administrative processes, and ensure clients receive timely and courteous assistance throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to clients promptly and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (in-person, phone, and email).
Register clients accurately and maintain updated records.
Process billing, payments, and issue receipts efficiently.
Coordinate effectively with medical and laboratory teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide clear information regarding services, procedures, and timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming.
Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
