We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial & Client Service Executive to join our Accra team. In this role, you will play a central part in managing client relationships, supporting commercial operations, and ensuring seamless execution across the client journey.


Core Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-engagement follow-up, ensuring consistency and excellence at every stage.
  • Coordinate client communications and ensure timely, professional responses to all requests and engagements.
  • Support commercial activities including proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
  • Manage senior leadership calendars with precision, ensuring no missed meetings, deadlines, or commitments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and records with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide executive support with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Use tools such as Canva, MS Teams, Outlook, Slack, and Google Workspace to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.
  • Anticipate needs, take initiative, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain high organizational discipline while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Support continuous improvement of client service processes and commercial operations.

  • High proficiency in digital collaboration and productivity tools (Canva, MS Teams, Outlook, Slack, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Qualifications & Experience

You should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, commercial coordination, or executive support.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments (strong advantage).
  • Exposure to proposal writing or client communications (advantageous).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
