Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Associate to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will drive internal and external communications initiatives, enhance media presence, and support strategic messaging across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage internal and external communication strategies.

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications.

• Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.

• Support content creation for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate events.

• Monitor and report on media coverage and communications impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in communications, journalism, or media.

• Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong media relations, digital communication, and storytelling abilities.
