Key Responsibilities

1. Safe & Timely Delivery
   • Operate company vehicles to deliver lubricants and parts between Tema and Accra.
   • Follow scheduled routes, meet delivery deadlines, and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance
   • Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections (oil, water, brakes, tires).
   • Keep the vehicle clean and report any faults/accidents immediately to the supervisor.
3. Documentation & Administration
   • Accurately record mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery receipts.
   • Ensure all delivery documents are complete and submitted on time.
4. Compliance & Safety
   • Strictly follow Ghanaian traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
   • Assist with light loading/unloading of goods as required.

Requirements

1. License & Experience
   • Valid Ghanaian Class B/C Driver’s License, with minimum 3 years of driving experience.
   • No record of major accidents or serious traffic violations.
2. Local Knowledge
   • Familiar with roads in Tema, Accra, and surrounding areas; able to plan routes to avoid congestion.
3. Skills & Language
   • Basic English communication skills (able to understand instructions and read delivery notes).
   • Proficient in using a smartphone for navigation and WhatsApp communication.
4. Personal Attributes
   • Age 25–45 years old, physically fit for field work.
   • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and no bad habits (no drinking, no reckless driving).
   • Clean criminal record.
