Role Overview

Rehab Beach Club seeks a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to support its daily operations. The successful candidate will ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation services while contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, and goods to designated locations as required
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules
• Maintain assigned vehicles in clean and roadworthy condition
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and passengers
• Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle logs

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (appropriate class)

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ driving experience, preferably within a hospitality or service environment

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within Accra
• Maintain a high level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively and interact courteously with passengers
• Show good time management and organizational skills
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when required
