Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, versatile, and results-driven Content Creator to join our in-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual and storytelling content that strengthens brand identity, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives across multiple platforms.
This role requires a professional who can create compelling videos, photography, and brand stories while managing content creation for up to six (6) brands simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Produce engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and promotional activities.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs for marketing, branding, and communication purposes.
- Create compelling visual and written stories that strengthen brand identity and audience connection.
- Transform brand messages into engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Brand & Campaign Support
- Support content creation initiatives across up to six (6) brands simultaneously.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
Production & Content Management
- Plan and execute content shoots, including video and photography sessions.
- Edit and optimize content for various digital and social media platforms.
- Maintain organized content libraries and production files.
- Manage multiple content projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and emerging digital storytelling techniques.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and reach.
- Recommend creative approaches that support brand growth and visibility.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be based in Ghana.
- Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, photography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools for video and photo production.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced creative environment.
