About the Role
fairafric is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join its team in Suhum. In this role, you will actively develop engaging visual and written content that communicates fairafric’s mission, products, and impact. You will support brand storytelling across digital platforms while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce high-quality digital content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written materials for online and offline platforms.
- Develop engaging storytelling content that communicates fairafric’s brand values, impact, and product journey.
- Plan, shoot, and edit visual content for social media, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to generate authentic brand stories.
- Capture on-site content in production facilities, farms, and partner locations when required.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity standards.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain a structured library of digital assets, including images, videos, and design files.
- Stay updated on content trends, digital tools, and best practices to improve creative output.
- Support campaign development, product launches, and corporate communication initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Visual Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or brand storytelling, preferably within FMCG or consumer brands.
- Proven portfolio of creative content (photo, video, and digital campaigns).
Technical Competencies
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar software).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance strategies.
- Ability to translate brand messaging into compelling visual and written content.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic analytics platforms.
