Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Control Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our control room. In this role, you will lead a team of Control Room Officers, manage surveillance systems, and ensure timely response to incidents while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily control room operations to ensure optimal system performance and continuous monitoring
• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate Control Room Officers
• Monitor CCTV systems and security platforms to ensure full surveillance coverage
• Ensure timely identification, response, and escalation of incidents in line with procedures
• Coordinate communication between control room personnel and field security teams
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and operational records
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on security matters

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Relevant certifications in security systems, surveillance, or risk management will be an advantage
