Job Summary
Empire Health Insurance seeks a results-driven Corporate Business Manager to drive corporate sales, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. The successful candidate will actively manage corporate accounts, develop business strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive corporate sales and manage relationships with key business clients
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with corporate clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service delivery
Represent the company at corporate events and networking opportunities
Track performance metrics and report on business development outcomes
Educational & Experience Requirements
Minimum of a First Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree is an added advantage
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar corporate sales or business development role
Proven driving skills and ability to travel to client sites as required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
In-depth knowledge of products, services, and corporate market dynamics
