Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Corporate HR Lead to drive data-informed human resource management across the organization. The successful candidate will develop HR analytics capabilities, strengthen workforce planning, and support leadership with actionable insights that enhance HR effectiveness and business performance. This role requires strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and deep HR generalist expertise.


Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and manage HR metrics dashboards to support decision-making
  • Track, analyze, and report key HR indicators such as recruitment, retention, employee development, and turnover
  • Collect and compile HR data from multiple sources, including personnel records, benefits systems, and employee surveys
  • Present regular HR insights and reports to the Group Head of HR and senior management
  • Use data insights to guide strategic HR decisions and improve workforce outcomes

Workforce Planning & Strategy

  • Create statistical and predictive models to forecast workforce trends
  • Assist in developing manpower and succession plans and translate them into recruitment strategies
  • Recommend improvements to HR systems, policies, and operational processes based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals

HR Operations & Advisory

  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and development programs
  • Support the effective operation of all HR functional areas, including industrial relations and training
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and HR best practices
  • Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
  • Perform any other duties assigned in line with organizational needs

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage
  • Strong background as an HR generalist with experience across all HR functions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in data analytics is required; advanced knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, training, and industrial relations
