We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Courier Growth Associate (Onboarding, Development & Compliance) to support the successful onboarding, training, development, and compliance management of our courier network.
Role Overview
As a Courier Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that courier partners are properly onboarded, equipped with the necessary skills, and consistently meet operational and compliance standards. You will work closely with couriers and internal teams to promote service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the delivery network.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, maintaining high standards, supporting workforce development, and driving operational quality.
Key Responsibilities
Courier Onboarding & Induction
You will:
- Verify courier applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programmes for newly recruited couriers.
- Ensure all couriers understand company policies, operational procedures, and service expectations.
- Support the seamless integration of new couriers into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
Training & Development
You will:
- Facilitate induction, refresher, and continuous development training programmes.
- Coach couriers on customer service excellence, operational best practices, and safety requirements.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Compliance Management
You will:
- Ensure courier compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine compliance checks, audits, and assessments.
- Track compliance performance and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit findings.
- Support initiatives that strengthen operational discipline and risk management.
Quality Assurance
You will:
- Monitor service quality indicators and courier performance metrics.
- Review customer feedback, complaints, and operational reports.
- Identify recurring service issues and recommend improvement actions.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences.
Courier Performance Management
You will:
- Monitor courier productivity, attendance, and adherence to service standards.
- Address performance concerns through coaching, corrective actions, and escalation procedures.
- Support performance improvement plans and follow-up activities.
- Assist with disciplinary processes where necessary.
- Encourage accountability and high performance across the courier network.
Documentation & Reporting
You will:
- Maintain accurate courier records, files, and operational documentation.
- Prepare compliance, quality, onboarding, and performance reports.
- Track operational metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure all courier information is up to date, accurate, and securely maintained.
- Support management reporting requirements with timely and reliable data.
Communication & Engagement
You will:
- Serve as a key point of contact for courier-related communication.
- Coordinate the communication of policy updates, operational changes, and company announcements.
- Build positive working relationships with courier partners.
- Encourage engagement and participation across the courier network.
- Escalate operational concerns, feedback, and improvement opportunities to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
You should possess an HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in:
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Operations Management
- Or a related field
Experience
You should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Operations Management
- Compliance Management
- Training and Development
- Logistics Operations
- Fleet Management
- Quality Assurance
- Workforce Administration
Experience within logistics, transportation, delivery services, e-commerce, courier operations, or related industries will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of onboarding, induction, and training processes.
- Understanding of compliance management and quality assurance principles.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and tracking performance data.
