Role Overview

Gemsprings Learning Academy is seeking passionate and qualified Creche & Nursery Teachers to provide high-quality early childhood education. The successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons, promote the social and cognitive development of children, and support the implementation of the Cambridge education system.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of all students.

• Maintain classroom organization, resources, and learning materials.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and academy events.

• Ensure compliance with academy policies, safety standards, and educational best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.

• Working knowledge of the Cambridge education system.

• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Preferably reside in East Legon Hills or its environs.

• Passionate about nurturing and developing young children.
