CREDIT OFFICER – BIDVEST MICROFINANCE (Tesano, Accra)

We are looking for a dynamic Credit Officer to manage client portfolios, ensure timely loan delivery and repayments, and build strong relationships with clients in Tesano and its environs.

What You Will Do:

• Identify and onboard potential clients.

• Assess credit applications and support approval processes.

• Monitor loan utilization and repayments.

• Maintain accurate client records and reports.

• Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients.

What You Need:

• Minimum Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, or credit management.

• Reside in Tesano or nearby areas.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
