The successful candidates will support loan acquisition, client relationship management, and repayment monitoring while ensuring responsible lending practices.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Loan Processing
- Identify and engage potential customers within assigned communities.
- Educate clients on available loan products and requirements.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately.
- Support the verification and assessment of client information.
Credit Monitoring & Recovery
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up with clients on due payments.
- Support effective loan recovery processes in assigned areas.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and repayment status.
- Report default cases or risks to supervisors promptly.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Promote financial discipline and responsible borrowing among customers.
- Support client retention through regular engagement and follow-ups.
Reporting & Field Work
- Conduct field visits within assigned operational areas.
- Maintain daily activity reports and submit updates to supervisors.
- Support data collection and documentation of client information.
- Assist in achieving branch loan targets and operational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) education.
- Must be willing to work in any of the following locations: Dansoman, Madina, Sakumono, Ashaiman, and Tema.
- No prior experience required, but experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Must be hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
