Job Summary
Tailored Hands seeks a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent in-store and/or front-line service. You will engage customers warmly, provide product support, and uphold the brand’s standards of professionalism and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Provide accurate product information and support customers in making informed choices
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment
- Support sales efforts by promoting products aligned with customer needs
- Uphold brand image through excellent personal presentation and communication
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- At least 6 months of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good fashion sense and strong personal presentation
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
