Job Summary

The Gym Floor Staff will support the smooth operation of the fitness facility by maintaining cleanliness, assisting members, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring high service standards throughout the gym. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for all members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure gym equipment is properly arranged and returned after use.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Monitor member use of equipment and encourage proper handling procedures.
• Support members by answering basic questions and providing assistance when necessary.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and professional atmosphere within the gym environment.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or operational issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining high operational and customer service standards across the facility.
• Support team members in daily gym operations where required.

Experience and Education

• Previous experience in a gym, fitness, hospitality, or customer service environment will be an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically active, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must demonstrate initiative and strong attention to detail.
