Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Hotel Manager / Manageress to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all departments. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, drive service excellence, manage team performance, and support the achievement of business and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, discipline, and ongoing team development.
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and revenue performance to support profitability and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hospitality industry regulations.
- Coordinate room reservations, occupancy management, and service delivery to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Implement operational procedures and quality standards to improve efficiency and guest experiences.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management where necessary.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment across all hotel operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff.
- Address operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Perform additional managerial duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, administration, or a related role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and operational management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
