Key Responsibilities

  • Interact professionally with clients through calls, emails, and in-person communication

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have access to a laptop and a smartphone
  • Hold a minimum of SHS certificate, HND, Degree, or higher qualification
