We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Accra.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. You will represent the company professionally while providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating effectively, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Log and document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow company procedures, scripts, and quality standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed assigned performance targets and service levels.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and efficient customer support experience.
