Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative / Relationship Manager to engage with patients, manage relationships, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will actively support clinic operations while fostering strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and records efficiently.
• Promote clinic services and build strong relationships with patients.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
• Assist in resolving issues to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Age: 21–32 years.
• Reside in or around Spintex or Oyarifa.
• Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or relationship management is an advantage.
