Role Overview

Aqua Scape seeks a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Officer to assist customers and ensure a seamless service experience. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, support sales processes, and help customers select the right products and solutions with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist customers in selecting swimming pool products and accessories
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Educational Requirement

  • Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or certification in Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail support, or a related role

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Maintain patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
