Role Overview
Aqua Scape seeks a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Officer to assist customers and ensure a seamless service experience. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, support sales processes, and help customers select the right products and solutions with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers in selecting swimming pool products and accessories
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Educational Requirement
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
- Diploma or certification in Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail support, or a related role
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Show excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Maintain patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
