Role Overview
Reliance Resources Ltd seeks a proactive and analytical Human Resource Officer (HR Business Partner) to support strategic and operational HR functions. The successful candidate will partner with business units to deliver effective HR solutions, enhance employee performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and Ghana labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and internal HR policies
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and fairly
- Prepare HR reports and insights for management decision-making
Educational Requirement
- First Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (mandatory)
- Completion of National Service (NSS)
Experience & Technical Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of HR systems and data analysis tools is an advantage
- Good understanding of Ghana Labour Laws
