Position Overview

The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate insights that support business performance and decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, automate reporting, identify trends, and provide analytical recommendations that drive operational and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate meaningful business insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within large and complex datasets.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support management and business teams with data-driven insights to improve decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Conduct statistical analyses and develop models to support forecasting and business planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Project teams to deliver data solutions.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for datasets, dashboards, reports, and analytical processes.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• A professional certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Research, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, management reports, and business performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Practical experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI tools for data analysis, reporting automation, and insight generation will be an advantage.
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with database systems, statistical analysis, and data management best practices.
